Step 1: Arrange the leaves

Step 5: Tie

How to pack banh chung with a mold

Step 1: Arrange the leaves

Arrange 4 dong leaves like folding by hand, 2 lower leaves face down without veins, 2 upper leaves face up without veins up. Turn the inner mold upside down on the center of the leaf.
